Publishing process and placement in stores

Requirements for applications/games

  1. Clean, legitimate, no casino, no scam, no intermediary or shell apps.
  2. A genuine application that performs its stated function or plays as a game, with no critical bugs.
  3. Does not violate platform terms (Apple, Google, Steam) or laws of the USA, Europe, Georgia, Britain.

Requirements for counterparties

  1. We don’t discriminate based on passport.
  2. We don’t work with territories or persons under sanctions.

It does matter

About money

  1. We accept applications and games regardless of income.
  2. Commission—10%, minimum $100 per payment.
  3. Payments—by mutual agreement. Usually once a month.

About security

  1. If something goes wrong—we’re always available to resolve it.
  2. Want to take your application back? No problem, we’ll return it.

About payments

  1. We withdraw money in the currency we agree on or in the stores’ currency (dollars, euros from Google Play, App Store, Steam).
  2. If conversion is needed, the client pays for it.
  3. Payments are made after receipt to our account + hold period.

Process

  1. We review your product: We check the application or game to ensure it’s high quality and suitable for publication.
  2. We negotiate terms: We decide how we’ll pay you and whether our rules work for you.
  3. We sign a contract: We do this online to ensure everything is fair and clear. If you don’t like paperwork, we can simply agree in chat, but signing is better—it’s more reassuring for both of us if something goes wrong between us or with Google Play, App Store, or Steam.

For Google Play (publication)

  1. You provide your Google email and application name (which can be changed).
  2. We give you access to this application in the Google admin panel.
  3. You fill in the application page yourself (description, screenshots, icon) and upload game files (APK or AAB).
  4. After coordinating with us, you submit the application for review.
  5. Once approved—your application is in the store!

For Google Play (transfer)

  1. We begin transferring your application to our account.
  2. We’ll guide you on what settings to adjust for a smooth process.
  3. Within 2-3 days, the application will be with us and connected to payments.
